You may contact us via email by sending to robert@ourloghouse.com. We don't promise a very fast reply but we do check it most every day.

Just to set expectations on your part, we are surely not experts at this and therefore will most likely not have an 'expert' type answer to your question. However, we probably have an opinion or an idea of how you could learn more about the topic. We have a small network of people that are involved in building log cabins from scratch and we might be able to get answers from them however, they are often out of touch for periods of time so it will likely take a while for us to discuss with them

If you have already built a log home, we'd love to hear about your experiences and share them with others (with your permission of course). If you have photos documenting the process, send them on and we'll probably organize them and post them here on this site.
